Characters for whom it's hard to create a match-ups.

Rugal Bernstein (KOF). On one hand, the guy can survive an exploding and sinking Black Noah, which has way too much in it's confines to be survived in while exploding and sinking, but has trouble containing Orochi energy that people not of the blood as Iori says in KOF 95 (Ken Masters) can survive, so it's hard to gauge his power for a matchup. As well as that, the Dream Match games give him ample amounts of cheapness and abilities, so it's even harder to gauge the strength of this fabulously mustachioed man.

Illidan Stormrage (Warcraft). Again, this guy has strength enough to defeat Argus the Unmaker and seal off Sargeras, who can cleave worlds in half with his sword and is the undisputed biggest threat from the Burning Legion as well as their leader, a force that has allegedly burned whole worlds in fel fire and corrupted many, many powerful characters, such as Gul'dan, Cordana Felsong and Kil'Jaeden. However, he has also been defeated by Arthas and Maiev with relative ease, the latter of which was only managed with 25 other people, however. So, the strength for matchups really depends on multiple factors, some of those being: Are they a demon, are they prepared (which of course they aren't) and are they ready to die?

Most MLP characters. They are powerful, and have decent hax...and most on their tier are either resistant, have better versions, and have way better other hax forms.

The High Templar. You a guy without resistance to matter and mind Manipulation? Psionic storm wins. You have resistance to both those and a lot of energy? Feedback one-shots. You need to be resistant to mind and matter manip and not have enough energy for HT to Feedback stomp.

Ben Tennyson. His matchups are a coin flip on wether they're a stomp in his favor, or his opponent's. Its also hard because people misunderstand Ben's character and assume he will lead with his most powerfull and haxed aliens right away. IG "OP plz remove Alien X cuz Ben stomps" Even though its OOC for Ben to go all out physically, and with hax. His combat ability and inteligence tends to be wanked. As he rarely goes up against anyone who is really worth a shit CQC and experience wise.

Master Chief is also a coin flip. He can fight certain 8-C characters, but even the slightest change in his arsenal or prep can shiftr the outcome of the battle dramatically. Back when Akame was 8-C, she was beating him. But a slight change in his arsenal, and Chief utterly destroyed her.

Kharn The Betrayer. God this guy is so overated, like why is he so hard to beat? Ultra haxed chars like Lavos and Robloxian cant beat him, but Thor and Superman do? Yeah Kharn's a hard character to debate.

Star Wars matchups. "Stomp mindhaxes"

Homura....... Reinhard.......

/thread.

This dude.

You don't see a 9-A with Omegamindhax resist that doesn't oblitherate him.... Every day.

But congrats, now you've given him..... ONE match.

Oh also Masadaverse characters are just a tiny bit out of their range.

Holy Relics need nerf.

If not for the fact that Augustine needed to have magic and Conceptual Manip to actually effect Machina, she would have won quite easily too........
