Khornes powers and abilities are as follows: Reality Warping, Time Manipulation, Spatial Manipulation, Immortality (Type 4 and 8), Regenerationn (Mid-Godly), Soul Manipulation, Mind Manipulation, Conceptual Manipulation, Exists outside the confines of traditional laws of physics, Incorporeal, Able to create endless hordes of Daemons from his own essence, Acausality, Higher Dimensional Manipulation, Blood Manipulation, Fire Manipulation, Rage Manipulation, Power Nullification (Reflecting far more mortal ideas of honor and sportsmanship, Khorne has the ability to nullify more abstract and magic attacks generated by the other gods), Extreme Resistance to Reality Warping, Magic, and many abilities not associated with direct combat or fair play), Grows stronger whenever any other beings fight and kill, and/or feel the emotions he embodies

Meanwhile I'am voting Inconclusive as Chara can always regenerate if the concept she embodies remains in existence, Chara embodies Levels of Violence And Execution Points, Khorne embodies War, Murder, and Bloodshed, for Khorne to destroy Chara he would have to destroy Himself and Vice Versa, But Khorne has the Superior Hax, better Immortality, Higher Dimensional Manipulation, Power Nullification, Conceptual Manipulation which would allow him to actually KILL Chara and can create an endless army of Daemons from his own essence.

Chara only has these powers: Possession, Incorporeal, Immortality (Type 8), Timeline creation and destruction, Soul Manipulation, Determination, Time Manipulation, Reality Manipulation, Acausality, Ability to SAVE and LOAD, Regenerationn (Mid-Godly)

Chara does not have Conceptual Manipulation meaning Chara could not kill Khorne anyway.

Khorne has soul manipulation too, with dimensional manipulation, better conceptual manipulation and immortality, power nullification, has his own reality warping and has resistance, mind manipulation etc

Chara's soul manipulation only works when frisk give her his own soul, but doesn't means that she could control the soul of anybody, let alone a deity so powerful as Khorne.

I say inconclusive. Chara I feel is the weaker fighter here but they have their save power which makes them pretty much impossible to kill. This basically ends up being a variation on "Dormmamu, I've come to bargain."

No, is not OP, is obvious that you did not even read Khorne's profile. Chara reality warping is come from her Save and Load, and Khorne (who also has time manipulation) has resistance to it, And he has power nullificaton and conceptual manipulation, something that Chara does not have a answer.

Guys, sorry for my rudeness the past day, i was so stressful that i did not even read the OP's name, so from now i will not comment anymore.

I believe that this should be closed now, it seems that most people go for inconclusive and there's likely a tie between Khorne and Chara's votes, but if you want to continue this thread i will interrupt anymore.
