I'm voting Chansey. Considering that it's holding the Eviolite, that means that its terrible defense should hold just enough to take a hit from Noumu. And then it uses Counter and blows Noumu away, which will hurt him a lot since it deals double the damage one deals. Not to mention it could lower his overall accuracy with Mud Bomb or even win via incap with Sing, among other moves it has. And then it can heal itself with Softboiled and keep going.

Overall, while it's not gonna go down easily, what with High-Mid Regenerationn, I think it'll eventually use Sing and incap him. So, yeah, Chansey with mid to high difficulty.

Fair point. Still, considering Chansey has access to a wide variety of stat changing moves such as Tail Whip, Growl, Defense Curl and Minimize, Noumu is going to have an extremely hard time dealing any lasting damage while Chansey utilizes it's Lucky Punch and deal heavy damage, especially with Egg Bomb.

Overall, Chansey's variety of moves should allow it to take this match with difficulty.

You know what? I just realized that's wrong. It's likely because Chansey and Eviolite go like bread and butter in the competitive scene, so yeah, that should go.

Still, considering that Noumu is just a little under twice as powerful that Chansey, it should be able to barely survive it and come back with a Counter. Plus, lowering his offensive stat and raising its defensive stat should help with that as well.

Knocking out how?

With head trauma?

He sleeps and wakes up.

This is assuming it will do it repeatedly.

Repeat until lack of stamina knocks it out.
And Seismic Toss works around tossing the opponent across up to the limits of the atmosphere or so, which is also why it actually does a dencent amount of damage.

It's going to take a while doing the same thing over and over

A little too long for it to keep doing the same thing that isn't working.

This is assuming Seismic toss even does that much damage due to Durability+Blunt force resistance

In game it somewhat ignores durablity to an extent, but it would easily be taken as game mechanics anyways.

Chansey also has Metronome, which can lead into Chansey using Toxic to actually ignore durability, especially considering she has plenty of time to try it while it is sleeping.
