Changes to all C\B class(OPM)

For some reason in all profile of C\B they only "Peak Human" or "Athletic Human" however it been said already that all C class heros are at least 5 time stronger than nomral humans which should make them superhuman in speed lfiting striking etc(and the same for B class since they are stronger than C class)

In special chapter,is show there than normal human have physical strength of 22-0 and weak C class hero has 100 power level

Okame-chan also rated Jumping Spider 6999. Which means a Demon level threat isn't even 8 times stronger than a bear (which was rated as 905).

The scanner's ratings are most likely non-linear such as Dragon Ball power levels. And even then only particular C-Classes were rated. We can't scale every C-Class to that. Especially ones where their entire gag is being utterly lame and pathetic.

Bears and animel In general in OPM's world are look stronger than our real world ,you can look in OVA 3 for the huge snake and the bear

A regular, nonmonster bear in One Punch Man isn't going to be that much more powerful than a real life one. Or at least there is no reason to assume such unless bears have feats/statements that vastly above our own.

Even discarding the bear example Okame-chan is still ridiculously inconsistent if we're taking its ratings linearly. So now a Demon level (6999) is only 318 times stronger than a regular person (22)?

Again it's best not to take that scanner's ratings as actual multipliers, and even if we did that only applies to those C-Classes that were scanned.

We saw that A class who been scanned to be a little bit more than 100 time stronger than normal human(he was 2400 i think and normal human was 22) was able to lift 3 tons(but it was kinda difficulty to him do that) so can you infer from that if Okame-chan power level's check is legitimate or not?

I think Okame-chan is fine when judging power levels in terms of who's stronger than another (if Okame-chan gave Bob a higher number than Jim, Bob is stronger than Jim), but not taking the numbers on the readings linearly.

Again, a Demon level only being less than 8 times a bear and 318 times a human is just plain ridiculous. A-Class only being 100x a normal human is pretty lowballing too considering other A-Class feats and statements.

But either way no B/C-Class upgrade. It's coming from a method that'd make Small City level bears and Wall level Demons/Town level regular people. And even then this upgrade doesn't scale to every single B/C-Class rather just the ones who got scanned.
