Change to Light's lifting strength

The Death Note has infinite pages, and therefor infinite mass. Light and anybody else who ever picked up the Death Note has infinite lifting strength because of this feat. In the manga canon rules (How to Use It: XXXI), it's stated that "the number of pages of the Death Note will never run out." This can ruled as either the Death Note regenerating pages, or as having infinite pages. We've never seen the deathnote regenerate it's pages, so therefor we can conclude that it has physically infinite pages. What do you guys think?

To me, it'd make more sense that it just regenerated pages, because if having infinite pages would logically either just sink into the ground or make a black hole. Also it'd be pretty inconsistent to have a series with totally Normal people who die to things like bullets have infinite lifting strength.

That rules states that the Death Note never runs out of pages, so the two choices are either Regenerationn or infinite lifting strength, and we're forced to believe in infinite pages because if was never stated that the book regenerated torn pages. Don't you think that if the book at Regenerationn, it'd instantly regenerate pages. Sure it doesn't make sense logically that the book exists, but on this same wikipedia we have characters that defy logic entirely. Maybe the Death Note universe works differently in such a way. The characters may appear normal, but the feats don't lie, and that's all we have to go off of.

It does make more sense that it regenerates pages IMO, because it just having infinite pages and being a normal sized book creates several more questions than just Regenerationn. Also, I again ask why it wouldn't just fall through the floor if it had infinite weight.

Well, I have to admit that as far as trolling goes, this is pretty funny.

Somebody should inform the Death Battle team about this, as an identical "feat" is the main reason for why they consider the current version of Superman to have infinite power and be superior to Goku.

Lol I know exactly what you're talking about. I hate Screw Attack for that "feat", literally on the very next page in that comic it shows that superman actually failed to lift the book, and it didn't even have infinite pages anyway as superman was able to read the entire thing.

There's always character left and right who literally outright disprove Superman being limitless; Doomsday, Lobo, Brainiac, Darkseid, and especially Mr Mxyzptlk.

I think Screwattack was saying that Superman has limitless 3D power, but he's still nothing compared to higher dimensional beings.

But yeah, Death Battle is dumb af.
