Li Jing should have infinite Lifting Strength as he was able to carry it around as an infinite sized realm should have infinite weight by default. MK did also managed to lift the entire Pagoda while still inside said realm


Now who else's LS should scale to them? Nezha does as Li Jing is only stated to be slightly stronger than him. And Sun Wukong managed to restrain Nezha with his clones, also contested MK in his Monkey Form in pure strength. Then we can use Sun Wukong to upscale The Mayor and Macaque’s LS. As Mayor has restrained him before and also Macaque contested Wukong in pure strength as well. We also can use Mayor to upscale LBD’s LS as his power all from her essences, as without it, he became back to a normal powerless human that can be tied with a normal rope.


A supporting statement to back up the infinite LS scaling due to the LMK authors confirming the Golden Staff have infinite weight, which can only be lifted by top tiers of the verse like Sun Wukong, Azure Lion, MK, Lady Bone Demon and etc. As Wukong himself said not anyone can lift the staff, same goes for Macaque and while low-mid tier characters of the verse unable to and needed a special mechanical gauntlet in order to do so here and here.

It is meant like a person restraining another to prevent it breaking out free, which is highly dependant on their LS level. If Jade's power has the capacity to lift up the entirety of the Pagoda Realm from the inside via TK, it should scale to the Jade's LS, kinda like if you want to move around, your LS should be higher than your body weight

The first one would be Infinite Lifting Strength via Telekinesis so it wouldn't apply to his physical lifting strength. The second one looks like an effect from an energy surge honestly.
