No, once they are born they have a physical form. There is no need to find other ways to interact with an intangible concept, since it becomes tangible at birth.

Depends on how their ability works. But generally no, the ability they possess may be strong, but their physical prowess in question is not proven to be on the level of said ability.

The biggest one is Curse Naoya being Mach 3 while blitzing a lot of the cast at the time. That's the one that's holding back most of the series from going any higher than supersonic/supersonic+ (though, many characters have surpassed that level of speed, so it's possible to argue them to a higher speed tier... probably).
