1. It was Punishment armed with an obscene amount of Angel's nonsense weaponry- each of which was bigger than the 1,000 Years Spear.
2. We have literally no idea what Punishment does, so it could be really haxy. (My hypothesis is that it's related to Makima's Shrine Hax, but that's just a guess) We only know that it must be strong, given its name.
