Chainsaw Man discussion thread

More proof Pochita can just get rid of humans/hybrids too, kinda funny Barem would pop up just to make an ass of himself and die a painful death.
Seems like another big powerful new primal is coming. Any bets?

A single door appeared and D-chan knows it's some bad news, but then she was shocked to see a whole horde of them. Either next chapter we getting all the primals ganging on us, or a primal fear with a lot of child is coming.
 
You think pochita ever gets tired of fully coming back
like he just got done making mincemeat out of old age
then there was a couple days of downtime
and now he's back to do it again

Gonna be honest, I was initially really confused with the start of this chapter since it seemed to throwaway Yoshida's death and randomly kill Barem like Fujimoto was just getting rid of side characters he suddenly remembered existed

But I think I get it now, Yoshida being the "switch" wasn't some ploy to bring back Reze like I've seen a bunch of people speculate but rather a literal emotional "switch" to bring back Pochita since he's the last "friend" Denji has a proper bond with aside from Asa. His "self-suicide" at the hands at Barem was meant to break Denji's will similar to Barem killing Nayuta earlier (and is what I presume is secretly Death's plan; manipulating or controlling both Barem and Yoshida into carrying out). It's also why Barem said they "both drew the short straw" since they both were destined to die in this plan to break Denji yet again.
