What matters is that, in the scans, Makima was able to extend her arm after the Darkness Devil had done so, as well as activate her ability before his. That's what’s happening in the scan and that's also what makes it a reaction speed feat.

Sub-Relativistic Primals will be brought up again in the speed CRT for re-proposals, but if anything goes south, we can just use scaling line 2, where they are massively upscaling from MHS+. I just used the term sub-rel in my original statement because I personally believe that's where they should be.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not arguing for it at all. I'm just giving it the opportunity to be known to the general majority for thoughts and opinions. I will also be placing an option to nix the feat entirely. However, I always find it better to actually try to interpret the scene as best you can and place it on the spectrum before jumping the gun and calling it plot-induced stupidity. Makima kept up with the Darkness Devil, that's a fact. What matters is how we make sense of it within the context of the story and in relation to feats.

Im gonna be honest I didnt even know what the blast rope calc was till now but rip to the mid tiers being hypersonic unless theres a backup calc

but Im guessing they'd be stuck at subsonic if we have nothing rn?
