Edit: if he had to regenerate from the damage darkness devil did to him here, but couldnt regenerate or even reatach his arms, then thats either an inconsistent regeneration from angel or inconsistent regeneration negation from darkness devil

Maybe some type of intenal brain damage? Hard to tell, but generally Low Mid could repair that

then it ends up on inconsistent Angel Regeneration or Inconsistent Regeneration negation of Darkness devil

regenerating an entire arm needs Low Mid regeneration (reatacching lost limbs is High Low, but even human public safety hunters can reatacch them with public safety healthcare), while regenerating from severe brain damage needs Mid Regeneration, so angel needed higher regeneration to regenerate from the brain damage

maybe we can say that his ´´death stare´´ that causes severe brain damage doesnt have Regeneration nullification

but it could be said as ´´Regeneration Negation, High Low, can negate Fiends from regenerating their arms or even struggle at reatacching them, but cant negate Regeneration from Severe Brain Damage nor Hybrids and makimas higher regeneration
 
Re-attaching limbs are completely different from regenerating them and are done likely via a devil contract. It's likely that Angel was resilient and survived the brain damage rather than regenerating from it, that's not a stretch to say that considering that he is inhuman. To me, it just seems like a stamina feat for Angel.

i cant find the exact statement about the guy reatacching arms in public safety to see if its implies advanced healthcare or just devil contracts (if its the latter then Power wouldnt be able to reatach them as fiends cant make contracts with Humans nor devils) but in chapter 11 they say that they found denjis arm, they gave him a blood transfusion and his arm immediately reatacched, this implies they were gonna reattach his arm while he was unconcious, and it reatacched immediately, if it was throught a devil contract, then surely Denji would need to be awake to make the contract
 
I'm referring to a member of public safety with a devil contract to re-attach limbs. Not the person with the missing limb having to make a devil contract to attach it back, otherwise Angel and Aki would've received both their arms back.

oh i get it, still, if it was a devil contract then its less believable that they cant reattach arms all the time, but rather if it was a more advanced (but sometimes flawed) healthcare for public safety members
 
Considering those events took place in 1997, health care wouldn't be as good compared to what we have today and I know we still are unable to re-attach arms. So without a doubt, that was a devil contract.

The fact that Power, Kobeni, and partially Aki were able to reattach their arms means no devil powers were used to prevent regeneration. The only argument in favour of it is Angel and Princi not regenerating their limbs. The answer would just be that those two don't have strong enough regeneration fo reattach a limb. The operation to reattach their limbs simply failed.
 
The process of actually re-attaching the arm has nothing to do with regeneration in general, as we have no idea about how it works.

You could say that Angel would not have such strong regeneration to pull this off, but you can't say the same for Princi, who Is the spider devil and thereby outclasses the Bat Devil in the fear scaling Metric.

Judging by how much people fear spiders, her regeneration level should be pretty high, and low-mid would be lowballing, taking into account what the Bat Devil can heal after consuming some blood.

the Dalesean027 comment below? yeah ,even then that Feat shouldnt scale to anyone because Gun Devil didnt made it by himself, it Was yoru Weaponization ability moving him, i recall somewhere that it was discussed to invalidate it for the chainscaling but i still see it in the main Chainsaw Man page

id do the Movie Beam one but honestly idk how to calc the sparks of the explosion that rezee previously made that Rezee and Beam were moving faster than them, thats likely the highest speed shown detail of the feat

even if the rezee dashes behind makima ones may be too slow for even supportive calculations, i believe @Acertainbcplayer could use it for his Angel throws his spear real fast calc, as Damage3245 had the problem of he assumming without calcing that Rezee was moving at subsonics speeds in that feat

also eljoaki, besides the rezee blitzing Beam calc, i made the rezee dashes behind makima one, but it got to barely subsonic in highballs cuz i dont see any argument for above Super Human reaction blitzing (0.08 seconds) and rezee and makima being more than 5 meters away of each other, it wouldnt get higher in anyway

gunshy said to make those calcs for the speed CRT in the future, their low speeds make them unworthy for even supportive calculations, but at least they are done

ill see if i can recalc the manga Beam one, but i explained in the comments of it that Rezee could be the one moving forward to Beam, he still being immobile

the movie one has the detail of rezee and beam being faster than the sparks of the explosion that rezee made a few seconds ago (when they are in slow motion), idk if thats an high speed detail of the feat

like when used on her opponents? insta-kill but it's conditional. she needs to actually beat her opponent (in one way or another) for her to claim ownership over them. tho it can be something petty like a sneaky rock paper scissors match.

The famous rock paper and scissors one if his opponent lifts his hands to throw and attack, so she uses scissors or if they made a fiat and she used paper

Against chainsawmans she has the problem of actually despairing to beat him fairly for revenge of once losing to him, with falling devil she didnt care about a fair battle

Or making them love her, she tried that with Yoshida in chapter 99 before she even knew she could be affected by asa's humans emotions or with denji after knowing that

Yoru makes her Tank gauntlet bigger, were denji explicitly says that its heavy (before this he carried Yoru in his arms or in a bike without struggling) implying that the Tank gauntlet, in it's normal state its not a So heavy as it was in this panel, meaning Yoru manipulat s voluntarily or involuntarily the weight of her weapons

while rereading the manga, i see that pretty much for everyone, darkness devil didnt just cut their arms, even power got slashes on her legs, stomach, her eye and one of her horns, plus how Long and Pingtsi came back a few chapters later as dolls from the doll devil, while fully regenerated, meaning that they could regenerate somehow (and im not sure if doll devil dolls neccesarily have to scale to her high mid regeneration too)

What would be the speed tier for very low tiers now in chainsawman? with the Angel blocking a bullet in the manga being rejected (it was supersonic+) do they get downgraded to even just Low Subsonic or now scale from Long blocking multiple bullets (making it go from a supportive calc to a main one)? i got 2 possible calcs that would get even fodder devil hunters and devils into likely Subsonic+ also maybe a supersonic/supersonic+ manga fox devil Calc
