We'll likely get it in the anime. Speaking about the anime, lets look at the schedule. Judging from the CSM adaptation schedule, we got Season 1 announced in December 2020 and the Season 1 premiere in October 2022. Then the CSM movie was announced in December 2023 and had its theatrical release in Japan in September 2025. See the trend?

Mappa tends to take about 20 to 24 months for major Chainsaw Man projects after the announcement. Assuming that because movie did well in the box office and Mappa continues its usual schedule, we are likely to get the announcement this month or early 2026. If they take the same amount of time as they did for the movie, which was about 1 year and 9 months and if they keep the art style, we should get season 2 in late 2027. Then the pattern should continue through Part 2.

She probably starts off with mid-high regeneration innately, considering she was eviscerated by her nuke punch and began to reform as she fell. The head you saw was likely her regeneration in play moments after the attack. But if we assume we did not really get to see it and her head could have somehow survived the blast, that would at least warrant a possibly rating.

Yoru going for a dirty trick like that actually makes sense for her "new self"/how she perceives War again. She is trying to brute force but also using any trick she can find, since its "fair game" instead of a fight for honor

Like someone else said, the transferral is non-functional since Yoru says that the Californians shoulder the burden of her deaths. No death = no burden to shoulder = no regen via contract, so it's her innate regen at play here.
High-Mid at the very least is also consistent since Pochita can regen from simply having his heart. Also, technically Gun and Tank Devil would have an even higher regen since they are manifested as arms yet they got completely blown away and regenerated from that
