I wonder if I already responded. Anyway, stalemate. Cell doesn't absorb in SPC, and that's the only way he'll score a win on DD. Though Cell could planet bust. I don't know if it would stop DD tho. Anyway, a DD kill while he could come back shouldn't count just as much as killing max determination Frisk should.
