The Comet King tells Sohu that, as she's a celestial kabbalist, she can stand above prophecy, in reference to a prophecy about the particulars of her death. And later on in the book, that turns out to be true, to a certain extent.

This seems like Resistance to Fate Manip, but Uriel's a celestial kabbalist, and it's not on his profile, so he should get it added. Probably under his second tab.
