Doesn't that give Dormammu more of an advantage since Twilight Sparkle is Average Human with only their attack speed being MFTL+? Dormammu would still just slap her.

Don't get what your trying to show... the attack has noticeable startup, at least 1-2 seconds of it.

Same issue, noticeable 1-2 second startup, which is why they can react.

I don't think that specific blast is FTL, that's my opinion, and if it is this is likely an outlier. This doesn't necessarily show MS's reaction speed either, since it's everyone avoiding MS's attacks and not the other way around.

Isn't Dormammu featless with his attacks, or at least not Multiverse level? His usual go-to option is beams which Doc Strange is able to block.
