Since Drakkon's acausality is passively cracking the multiverse, there's a good chance that that happening results in a High 2-A multiverse bust.

Well, if there are no futures where the target dies or finds its targets heart, then the bullet either wouldn't have been able to be crafted to begin with or it would wouldn't work. I don't think the bullet would actually just destroy the multiverse, but I am not sure
