I think Metal Man gets haxstomped here, he has no way of countering building level class 25 telekinesis. She also has levitation, telepathy, mind-based illusion creation and technopathy, none of which he can counter (unless levitation is also restricted under "flight", but that won't make much of a difference).
The only wincon for Metal Man I can see here is if he immediately opens with energy projection and she can't somehow defend against it, which would be an instant lose for her... but since he starts without knowledge of her abilities, he probably will open with martial arts and grappling like he does for normal humans in the film, and will summarily be haxstomped.
