Beerus was likely even slower and Carmen is also MFTL+ and has more actual feats at immense speeds.

Again, prove Goku is near either of those two when they are actually trying. Carmen is likely slower than them, I will admit.

While I still doubt that 3/4 thing, since it comes from casual racing, and as a track/cross-country runner, I know that ratings like that are completely nonexistent even when trying. Someone in the Olympics this year got creamed by Usain Bolt while 4 years ago, Usain beat that guy by sticking out his head. You're never a percentage of someone else. But I digress. Quadrillions Whis, I understand, because universe crossing. Quintillions Beerus, wut?

Also Goku has a MFTL+ feat during the Buu saga in base form so again this rating we gave him was is not out of speculation.

No, I was claiming Goku isn't on the same level as Beerus and Whis.

Rad is right. Heck, discounting PIS, everyone (Marron and Yamcha included) would be MFTL+ for even being capable of glancing the gods.

Yeah, he's not close to Whis and Beerus when they actually try, and Carmen is MFTL+ as well. Their speed is hard to measure but around equal.
