D.C. 4Bs are 600 Kilofoe, Marvel 4Bs are anywhere between 300 Kilofoe to 1 Megafoe

This only scales to god tier 4Bs like Sentry Ultron and Doom

I don't see how Ginyu (Tagoma) would win. Captain Marvel has too many abilities and is overall just superior from what I can see.

Would it be in character for him to see what ginyu is all about first, ginyu would recognise the threat instantly and go for body change? Billy is quite naive etc. so it is possible.
