• These two are the captain's of their respected armies, they're highly skilled super soldiers who fight for their nations. They've seen comrades die over and over again, and much more in terms of similarities. This is incredibly thematic.​

Scenario: America attacked Paradis island for its natural resources with Captain America leading the army in the war. In revenge, Paradis planned an invasion of America. They waited until no avenger would be in New York. They wanted To send a message and wreak havoc. The survey corps (including Levi and their titan shifters) were sent to America to cause hell. They destroyed the city utterly. Blowing up the buildings and streets, destroying several homes. Many civilians were killed by the titans and survey corps. The U.S government was taken off guard by the attack. Panicked, they sent Captain America and some soldiers to fight the invaders. A bloody battle between the Survey Corps and the U.S. government, causing even more chaos. Gunfire soared through the air like birds, Blood spilled, metal cuts, bullets pierce. In the midst of the all out war, Captain Levi and Captain America crossed paths on the battlefield. Out of respect, and duty, they engaged each other

For Levi: Grappling around and sword fighting whilst being agile
For Cap: Throwing the shield and getting close for CQC

Levi should take this pretty easily. He has a massive terrain advantage, his vertical maneuver gear allows him greater mobility than lets him attack from multiple angles. I think he also has greater experience than Captain America since he's been killing titans for years and grew up in the underground fighting several thugs, not to mention the Paths given from the previous experience of the Ackerman line. And if Cap gets hit with the blades, he's done for. While he could still protect himself with the shield, I can't imagine it would be enough to dodge every attack, and since Levi also has Thunder Spears, that's even worse.

I will say this. Cap, whilst being at a skill/experience disadvantage, has fought Spider-Man, who has identical mobility, and can easily overpower the cables or Levi with class 100 ls

No clue tbh. They haven’t been broken in series, but that doesn’t mean much. Levi can just retract his cables and dodge whilst in the air to avoid the shield tho or to prevent his cables from getting cut. He did this in his fight with the beast titan.
