Cannibalized Worm: Alpha RP Thread 1

You see normal things, people walking on the sidewalk, people eating at restaurants, children running around their parents. As your sight glances over a building, you see couples getting intimate. Despite the breach of privacy, it looks like no crimes are being committed in your general area.
 
"So... i need to kill this Leet to gain my powers, to kill this Leet i need to find his location, to find his location i need information... and to find information, i need money."

Vincent stares at his screen for a few long seconds.

"..."

He types "Easy ways to get money"
 
I turn to the other guard

"I know it sounds insane, but all these other people here can back me up. Besides, i have no reason to lie to armed men as long as i value my life."

Earth glares back any awkward looks. He looks down and mutters to himself, "Should'a brought a shirt..."

Wind pulls up her hood and goggles, realizing she's out in the public, blushing a little out of embarrassment.

I stand a bit dumbfounded for a second, this was the first time I've teleported somewhere before, but speak up after a moment of silence.

"Ah, er, hello! My friends and I," I gesture to Wind and Earth, the former of whom smiles and waves, "are new here, apparently. I hope this works as proof of membership for the three of us." I pull out and hand the letter to the attendant.

"We've transferred in from out of the city. But, outside of assisting your organization, I don't know why we were brought here. Or who brought us here. Do you have an idea of what this letter means for us, or if there's someone we should talk to?"

After putting out the fire on my clothes, I inspect the merchants' corpses ("Headshot") and put their weapons in my tinkertech bag. I also search them for money and deactivate Stone Skin. "Really wonder why Mountain didn't work? Maybe I just didn't concentrate enough." I then try to leave wherever the hell I am and make my way through the city to find clues as to what place I was just thrown into.
 
As the gunfire came in, Jack tried to just step put of the path of the bullets and continue cutting through people. Meanwhile, Gurman just took bullets outright. Even with a bulletproof vest, a bullet can still do some damage, leaving welps and bruises. In Gurman's case, this just meant he just constantly powered up, to the point he easily just grabbed one of the gunmen and threw them hard enough into their allies to turn them into bloody shreds.

You find something called bounties. It's a system where the Procterotate puts Kill Orders on capes who have broke too many rules or gone too far with their powers. After the Kill Order is placed, people then begin creating a bounty for that person, which can result in high figures. An example of a cape with a bounty would be Jack Slash, who has a bounty of 6 million dollars.

The man looks like he doesn't believe you but then appears to change his mind when he hears something through his walkie talkie.

"Alright, we'll take you in and get you sorted out."

The gates begin opening.

After seeing the sigil the attendant's eyes seem to flash purple before she blinks and then they're back to her usual green.

"Oh, you're the new group that transferred in! I'll call down Thomas to introduce you to everyone."

She presses a red button and speaks into the microphone next to it. "Thomas, the new members have arrived. Come help them get acquainted with the place."

After a few minutes, a slightly middle aged man comes down.

"Hi, I'm Glenn. Good to meet you."

He attempts to give all of you handshakes.

As you go through the city, you come across a warehouse that you can hear guns going off inside of.

The Merchants continue to come at you guys, with one of them holding a rocket launcher.

It's a letter. The letter says:

"Congratulations on choosing the Vigilante Class. You have the freest out of all Paths, but this comes at a cost. You're probably going to be targeted by both Heroes and Villains, which would suck for you. There's something called the Unwritten Rules but they don't apply to you. Well, they do, but you ignore them. Don't go too far with this ignorance or you will find yourself in a bad situation. On the bright side, you aren't tied down by anything and can freely choose what you want to do. Have fun!

PS. In case you are wondering where you are, you are inside of your secret lair. Feel free to explore!"
 
Seeing the guy with the rocket launcher, Jack just pulls out one of his grenades and throws it right next to their feet, as he continued his attack on everyone else
 
BIG CREATURE INCOMING

Cain uses the gun he stole to shoot at the drug dealers, while walking towards his "hunting allies".
 
Earth crosses his arms and rejects the handshake. "Name's Earth."

Wind is more amicible, and moves in to shake his hand while greeting herself. "Wind. Nice to meet you, Thomas."

I tenatively shake his hand, wary about the effect the symbol had on the attentant. "Fire. Sorry about Earth, he doesn't like much physical contact out of combat."

I run him down with the same line of questions I asked the assistant. [See: Previous Post]
 
I continue practicing with using my x-ray vision and walk around the city I'm in, to search for a place where I can buy a pair of binoculars.

The grenade blows up and vaporizes the man in a pillar of flame, but not before he manages to shoot off a rocket. Fortunately, he misses by a long shot and hits one of the walls of the warehouse with the projectile. It explodes in a ball of flame, making a large hole in the wall. The Merchants continue shooting, but their numbers are noticeably running out.

As you peek into the building, you see a rocket hit one of the walls and explode. Luckily for you, it's not the wall you're peeking from. On the ground you can see a man with a sword and another guy that was using his fists fighting gangsters.

@WHY

It takes you to a room with punching bags and other exercise equipment. The sphere rolls into the room behind you.

"Well, you're going to become a part of the local PRT. I'm the PR guy, so I'm the one in charge of helping you get accommodated here. I'll introduce you to the rest of the team, but some of them are probably out on patrol."

Unfortunately, you aren't able to find any cheap bounties as only people with Kill Orders have them and people being that deadly require large bounties.

After a few minutes of searching, you find binoculars at a sporting goods store.
 
I continue fighting the men on the island and notice a shape within one of the waves.

That doesn't seem good

"I think we might want to get out of here if at all possible." I say to the other two who are near me.
 
I check the binoculars in the store for the one with the best adjustable magnificaiton, and look at its price, then check to see how much money I have on me.
 
The utilitarian rushes off to the injured they left behind, picking the healthiest of the lot he injects him with the cauldron vial. Once that was complete he swapped with the man. Using infinite treasury to create a picture of moscow, he makes paramount activate as blink. Using blink to get to his allies(Ohta, Accelerator, Cain Bark, and His Clone), touching them all, he uses the picture that he had on him the picture of moscow to blink there immediately.

[While I'm glad we done be in Moscow, how did you use Paramount? didn't Dragon say you can't activate Latent Parahuman Abilities with Vials?]
 
[I'm not using it on me, really i'm using it on a nonpowered bloke. Who since he has no powers can ingest a cauldron vial to get powers. Since body swap allows me to swap with anyone cape included i can swap with a man who just got powers as well. Once I swap out of that body for any reason someone else will be in that body, and have his powers. Does that make sense?]

[So it's cheating the system to gain more powers? Well I must say, that sounds MOST bodaciouslly inclined!]
 
Cain remembers a thing.

"Saw cat thing back in the trees, anyone else spotted it ?"

He asks the others, his voice sounding like a mix between the Hulk and Gollum.
 
He says aloud "Regenerator you need to do something for me you can use the powers of the man with paramount. Use It to do blink I'll bring forth my phone so you can use the picture i bring forth to do so. Everyone huddle together and touch Regenerator" Saying that he hopes the case 53 man does understand what he's saying, and that they can all get out of there alive. and he hoped they would succeed on this final gambit. Using item transferal and his memory of where he last placed it he took it forth, and shpwed the first real picture he could pull up that was far away from here.
 
Jack and Gurman continue to make short work of everyone, slashing them into pieces and completely breaking them within 1 strike.

Vincent grabs his backpack, puts his stealth suit inside it (alongside a few other things) and gets out of his lair, making absolutely sure no one is seeing him.

He decides to take a walk, looking for some fresh air.
