Can Zeno survive Garou's passive radiation?

I heard Low 1-C durability is enough to survive the radiation even if he doesn't have resistance it

AFAIK, Radiation ins´t necessary based on physical damage, so i think he can´t survive it

the radiation is passive so i dont think MFTL+ speed is doing much

Unless Zeno is, like, from a distance where he can´t extend his arms and use EE (Even though he probably doesn´t needs to do so to use his powers), the speed advantage would make him win

Pretty sure we treat radiation as durability-ignoring hax on this site. Strictly going on profiles, if Zeno stands still and decides to absorb that much radiation, he would die (Though I find it kinda ridiculous that a divine entity like him would be killed by radiation but meh).
In reality, in an actual fight (even if the speed is equalized), Garou's radiation would take minutes to kill someone, meanwhile, all Zeno needs to do is blink and Garou is gone.

Ten minutes with 1 gray resistance? Not to mention the passive is nerf by blast
