Hmm, I don't think any of my favorite characters can destroy their own verse (cosmology) since the size of the my favorite verses always exceed the characters power.

Hard to find such characters as they usually would be the creators of the cosmology, and usually, they are just that existing force that is mentioned a few times and maybe interact a few times with the other cast of characters but never being in the spotlight.

I’m fairly sure Simon is capable of it, as his rating comes from significantly affecting the entire cosmology. His Post-Multiverse Labyrinth self (which performed this feat) is the weakest god tier in the verse, and he becomes superior to everyone in the verse in the end

No, we're talking about protagonists that can destroy their own cosmology. Seeing as a setting is Low 2-C by default however, a protagonist below Tier 2 can't make it here.
