Can you kill someone with High regeneration without hax?

All the hax I’ll mention all revolve around EE tbh
I don’t think there is a Non-EE hax

Does removing the electrons from an atom destroy them? If not, I don't see how that stops someone with that type of regen to come back.

Have advantage stamina i guess?
only need to make him a punching bag if you have advantage AP and speed until he can no longer regenerate because he runs out of stamina.

i know this is old but you can throw the character to a black hole where even particles would turn into "pure energy"

Destroy them beyond subatomic destruction I guess? It's definitely something that could be done with high-enough AP. Thing is, the next regen is Low-Godly, so you need to make sure absolutely nothing remains of them except for their soul and other higher aspects like the concepts responsible for their existence.

Molecular can be dealt with with pure force easily
Atomic needs A extreme amount of force or hax
Subatomic is nigh impossible to destroy with force
Elementary Particles and Energy, just forget about destroying them without hax
