He kinda only keeps shaking it while fighting as well and only when clashes with Jiren so it doesn't change anything. Plus the energy realeased while powering up is not really inferior to that used in combat now is it.

To be honest I still think that shaking thing is iffy considering we didn't really saw any changes in the void, but simple have a statement that could just be a hyperbole and nothing more.

Anyway, back to the question, since seiya guys just hax stomp what about others?
