From the verses i know I think some of Naruto might survive aside the otsutsuki gods that could probaby just null that with omnipotence, goudoudams can probably null that and considering the durability is planet they might even survive that even when hit direcly.

Some characters in Naruto have ways to nullify, but I believe that is not the case with Bleach, only Aizen should be left.
