For the longest time, Dragon Ball has been massively downplayed on this wiki, and honestly, it’s gotten completely out of hand. With this thread, I’m trying to finally set the record straight and fix this egregious mistake once and for all.
The very real image above clearly shows that Goku exists beyond concepts like authors, laws, stories, and even fiction itself, and at this point, I don’t know how much clearer it needs to be. It’s not even subtle. On top of that, he straight up says things like “No one is above me” and “I solo every verse in fiction,” which really doesn’t leave much room for debate unless you’re actively trying to ignore what’s right in front of you.
To add even more proof to this, we have statements from Krillin, Gohan, and Jeice outright stating that he is “above fiction and no-fiction” and that he is “over boundless.” This is further confirmed by both Goku and Vegeta within the very same page, so it’s not like this is some one-off claim being taken out of context. Further along in the series, Goku outright states that he is infinite layers into Gokuversal, and he doesn’t exactly say it quietly either—he doubles down while powering up with lines like “Saitama - who?? Anos who? Gojo?? I will make you even more of a KitKat,” just to really drive the point home. Then, to take it even further, both he and King Kai state that he is beyond Gokuversal itself. And keep in mind, King Kai isn’t just some random source - back in the original series, he was established as an expert in ki and scaling, so if anyone can give an accurate reading of Goku’s cosmology, it’s him.
bUT whAt ABout tHE ElePHANT? I could go into detail but this post goes , but as this image clearly shows, that wasn't a normal elephant. At best, it is hax, not really effecting the scaling of Gokuversal.
Normally, that alone would already be enough to argue for High 1-A, but even that is a downplay when we’re talking about the GOAT of fiction. Like, how many layers of confirmation do we actually need before people stop lowballing? We’ve got direct statements, supporting statements, and scaling that just keeps stacking higher the more you look at it. It’s honestly more consistent than people give it credit for. So yeah, calling this anything less than Gokuversal is just forcing outdated labels onto something that clearly surpasses them. The current tiering systems just don’t have the range to properly measure what’s being shown here. At this point, approving Gokuversal isn’t some wild stretch—it’s just finally acknowledging what the evidence has been saying the whole time.
