Can this feat range be calced?

Want to know if we can somehow calc or get a somewhat accurate measurement of "Overdrive" to actually get a range...

Here is the feat. (0:55 to 1:35)

Shuna is 145cm, (First time doing this so I have no idea how this is supposed to work.)
Also, Another reference Alignment Field is 100 meters in Radius. (0:10 to 0:22)

I just see a lot of lights and I highly doubt you're looking for a luminosity calc (which would like, be in the Tier 8 range)
