Can speed make up for lack of AP?

Let's say character A is fighting character B. Character A is solar system while character B is multi solar system level (100k times difference in AP/dura) but character A is million times faster than character B.

Assuming character A has enough stamina, could he just keep beating the shit out of character B until he damages them despite having lower AP? It happens pretty often in fiction that a character can't damage the opponent so they have to attack them a lot to deal damage but I rarely see people mention it in vs battles

maybe if you follow the law of physics where the faster object moves the stronger the impact it will make

It's not mentioned much because the wiki typically doesn't count scratch damage. Also, a 100,000 times difference in AP/dura would mean that character A is basically indestructible as far as character B is concerned. (100,000 times is like the difference between a small apple falling out of your pocket and landing on the ground, and a car crash at highway speeds)

A fly ramming into Mount Everest a million times is never gonna do anything substantial, even if Mount Everest can't possibly react
maybe if you follow the law of physics where the faster object moves the stronger the impact it will make
But then there wouldn't be an AP/dura difference, negating the entire premise of the situation

Speed can make up for it in allowing one being to blitz the other, but if the Dura is too massive, then it would take literal eons, and a better alternative would be arguing that they stall out and tire the enemy by making them apply much more effort trying to hit them then they apply avoiding them. Not, that this matter's much anyways as Speed is almost always equalized...

blitz if he has ability to harm it. like haxs for example

Yes. flash is a prime example. Quiclsilver should have higher AP but.....

I'm equalizing it.

Speed can make up for AP if the weaker character has blitz-worthy speed against the stronger character. But then again, you require some sort of hax to be able to blitz the stronger character.

Does your fast char obey the laws of physics in verse? If his AP is affected by his speed than it could be damaging the char with high ap. Otherwise look at all the Flash vs Superman in JL.
