Can plot manipulation affect abstracts?

Not without feats.
Saying "plot manipulation can affect abstracts because abstracts are part of the plot" doesn't work when you could easily say "reality warping can affect abstracts because abstracts are part of reality". If reality warping requires feats to affect them, so does plot manipulation.

Already addressed that. Plot Manipulation is just meta reality warping. It's not the be all and end all that people think it is.
