Can i do a bullet dodging calc only with the face values and no video

Well i was trying to say a guys in a thread that i could because in the video game there is no animations of the character dodging the bullet so yes

can i do the calc only with the legth of the character that dodged the bullet and how close was and extra information
 
It’s best to show whatever scans are available. If there’s no animation for the bullet or the dodge, then a static image is fine for scaling the distance and character width. If the distance is only described and not shown, just showing that description should be fine.
