How do I calc bending feats?

An explosion occured like 2-3 meters away from a door. The door was described as industrial strength and looked like one of them metal bunker rooms with the twisty thing to open it. The explosion made the door bend across it's entire structure.
How do i calculate it bending and can i use reverse square cube law to get the original explosion's strength from it or would that be calc stacking?

Think this might help? Makes sense to me. Work is Newtons over a distance. And you should be able to get the Newtons it takes to bend the door. And yeah, you should be able to use Inverse Square law given the explosion originated 2-3 meters away.
