No. I remember there was a thread about this like a year ago. Since the UWL and some WoD characters are the only characters on the wiki that would fit a “High-1A+” tier, the wiki decided to not reflect that on their profiles.

No, only 1-A+ (Outerversal+) is a thing, High 1-A+ does not exist.

It's simply not an official tier, and wouldn't be accepted officially. Logically it does make sense.
