Questions about tier 1A

Hello to everyone. I have 2 questions about the Outverse level.
1. What is the difference/relationship between Aleph 1 and Aleph 2?
2. How can we describe that a character has surpassed the low1a structure and reached aleph2/1A in fiction?

(I'm not trying to create an OC, I'm just trying to understand these levels and how they are portrayed in fiction)

1. What is the difference/relationship between Aleph 1 and Aleph 2?

Aleph 2 is an uncountable infinity of Aleph 1, obtained by using the power set, similar to how Aleph 1 is an uncountable infinity of Aleph 0 (countable infinity).
