Can Godhead wake up?

Well, I wanted to know if Godhead can wake up? And if it does, will it destroy all existence, including the ones that have high Godly Regenerationn and can come back from being erased from the dream?

Also, I have found sources that the dream perhaps no longer needs the dreamer meaning nothing might happen if it wakes up- https://en.m.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:The_Song_of_Pelinal,_v_6. So, what do you think about this?

You're taking the word "Dream" too literally. Godhead is not only the dreamer, but the dream itself. Is impossible for it to wake up in any way, you could take it as an irreversible coma or a kind of metamorphosis.
