Are you really talking about the statement Frieza made about attempting to kill the Soul ? One, a statement from Frieza about killing a soul is.. Unreliable. One of the possessed ( Android 18 ) said brute force can't kill the soul. I just watched the entire story mode.
And on that note... Battle of Gods is canon to the story mode. Wouldn't that imply that Base = 3-A and above ? Ninja'd by Marco

The soul being scared doesn't mean much IMO. It's scared of dying... But... Is Frieza a acceptable statement for something of that nature ? We still don't have concrete proof he can do it ... Or even any concrete implications or other statements he can. In fact, 18's statement contradicts it... Saying brute power can't kill the soul.

Wait, why can't we have more Non-canon profiles? My god, I already argued with other people on this, but now, with Xeno Goku having, like, a completely new set of abilities and story, there's nothing to stop him from being excepted except for people complaining about how many Non-canon dragon Ball profiles there are. Which isn't an issue for an online index that you can use to search for specifics by typing in a search bar!
Also: "We can't make a page for every non-canon version of characters." Is a terrible mindset for a staff member of an INDEXING cite to have. The rules for alternate Canon characters allow characters that are notable (by popularity and by differences from there originals) to be indexed.
To quote THIS WIKI:
"The key issue overall is notability/relevance. If a spin-off version of a character is very popular, prominent, and distinctive from the original, with a sufficient number of feats or descriptions to scale from, it can generally be featured.
However, if it is obscure, does not have enough of a distinctive story to even qualify as a separate character (such as if it originates within a fighting game), and very limited information to scale the statistics from, it should likely not be featured."
Why should "it's too many Non-canon profiles" be an argument to an information gathering wiki. It's ridiculous.
