Cant really calc it without more details like how much was broken or how bad.

Like was it his nose? His skull? Well either way crushing a full skull we have a calc for on the pages for common feats. Itd be "at most" whatever that is, which iirc is only 9-C.

Yes, but the common feat takes into account a average fist, and Gregor Clegane's fist is much larger (he's almost 8'0 in height)

he said crushing a skull, not punching a hole in it.
the feat for crushing one does not require any measurements related to the size of the hand.
chariot is just saying that the text doesn't elaborate too much on the damage, so it would be AT MOST 9-C from the skull crushing calc.

Gregor is crushing in the front of the skull and perhaps crushing the skull. That is basically this feat here. In the show we clearly see that he flattens Oberyn's skull, but this information from the book is a little less clear-cut. I'd still call it more or less the same feat though.
