Can a space unaffected by a 4D event qualify for 5D

So, to add context:
The space in question (who's called The Grasslands) exist in The Multiverse, containing 17 other known space-time continuums. The Multiverse was affected by event on a 4D scale which Merged all of them togheter. The Grasslands in question were not affected at all, would this grant the Grasslands superiority over the other 17 space time continuums and put it at 5D?
