Wright is attempting to convict Uiharu for hacking into official government systems.

Can he find enough evidence to incriminate her? This takes place in Academy City.
 
Has Phoenix Wright ever dealt with Cyber criminal trials? Does he have permission to use Uiharu's computer to see if there is any incriminating evidence?
 
For the purposes of this trial, sure he has free reign to search anything. The question is, how good is Uiharu at hiding evidence? She could easily wipe out her history and/or encrypt it.

And his profile does say that he has a computer virus as part of his optional equipment.
