Arent Calypso's powers activated by a thought from what I have been told? Much faster compared to Eliminator trying to wish with his wands.

They likely can be activated by a thought, but that's not how he uses them more often than not. The Eliminator too teleported without wishing anything yet and can use his powers by movements of his wands without wishing anything.

Some of Calypso's feats in some incarnations show him waving his hand or casting lightning in order to grant wishes. However, this profile assumes he does it with a thought as his latest appearance, the 2012 version, does in fact grant wishes with a thought and can use them offensively unlike his other appearances.
