I dont think its a good idea to be discouraging people on making calcs, especially when said user has a decent understanding on the subject.

@Dodo Ill take a look after I get back from my class.

But this case is different because if the calc reaches Sub-Rela speed it will be rejected because of the Discussion Rules, if it reaches MHS+ than it's fine.

Neither Ant nor Spin rejected it. Ant said Gwyn is handling the revisions, and we know that Gwyn is not here at the moment. Spin corrected a typo.

I'm gonna have to question, at one point is something an outlier, and at what point is it an upgrade?

This is because, the calc is neither about Toneri's mooncutter, nor is it Madara's light fang, and it is also not Gai's space-bending kick.

The primary driving factor about this rule is Naruto: The Last, which the calc is not about.
 
Well, if the Naruto calculation is evaluated and deemed to be acceptable, I suppose that an upgrade thread might be in order.
