Calc stacking

From what I understand, it isn't calc stacking to aquire KE from an actual speed feat/something shown directly in comparsion to it.

Thing is, though; Doesn't this essentially cause the inflated stats anyway? I mean, literally every MHS+ or higher character could be buffed to insane degrees, for example if a building busting human performed a speed feat that was Mach 2600, he would be Town level without any need to show anything like that. So, do you think there should be some more rules about KE to avoid things like this?

Yes, but you could get some pretty inflated ratings even if you get the KE from the speed feat eg. the town leveler example I gave. Or does this not count as power inflation

It's not power inflation, as it is still technically a calced durability and AP feat, just as if you calced the destruction of something to be higher than initially thought.
