Arlong has home advantage which is good with Cabin’s speed reduction. And with such better LS, he’ll easily be able to get Cabin into the water if he gets a bite and tear him apart like he tried to Luffy. Although Cabin does have smoke manipulation and stealth mastery plus AP. I feel this depends on how fast Cabin breaks that out since Arlong should naturally wanna bring him to water.

And with such better LS, he’ll easily be able to get Cabin into the water if he gets a bite and tear him apart like he tried to Luffy. Although Cabin does have smoke manipulation and stealth mastery plus AP. I feel this depends on how fast Cabin breaks that out since Arlong should naturally wanna bring him to water.

Smoke he does use defensively in character but it's like a single-use thing. Speed reduction is like a last resort for Cabinbatake. I should note Cabin also has a good range advantage and the acrobatics to keep his distance with Soul Gun and Shotgun attacks.

Single use, Arlong could just dive into the water and wait it out. Speed reduction being last resort is also pretty bad. He does have a good range advantage but Arlong moves very fast with Shark on Darts and really only needs one good bite to win whereas Cabin’s attacks can be taken. Arlong also does have a ranged attack where he throws water bullets. I’m feeling like leaning Arlong.

Well if Cabin sees Arlong charging at him then yeah he would use his Aura. He could also just stay away from the water and attack Arlong from a distance, forcing him to get up close and potentially bringing him to a part of the island without much water.

Arlong does have stat amps in water and berserk mode which’ll make that hard. And Arlong has an advantage with his nose which is a very big part of his body being unable to be cut by Zoro.

Soul Gun, Sword, and Shotgun harm the soul though. Bug Stickman states that he felt like Cabinbatake cut his very soul. Not sure his nose would work to block it.
