Blackheart has the edge in Regenerationn (high>mid-high), stamina(nearly endless>extremely high), intelligence (this one was obvious) and diversity of powers (just look on their profiles too many list lol). There's really no definite way to tell who is stronger when it comes to strength and AP since both are solar system level in stats. Do we assume it's the same since we can't tell the difference between their solar systm level stats? If so, then Blackheart takes it.
