It kind of depends, a siberian tiger would be a pretty even matchup for the bull but if you're talking about bengal tigers then tiger wins, those guys are the only natural predator of adult gaur which is the largest bovine in the world and they can also occasionally kill fully grown asian elephants and rhinos so yeah bull has no chance against them

I usually think of Siberians myself; the profile doesn't seem to distinguish between the two, though.
 
Historically Siberian Tigers where spread throughout South and East Asia but ended up being reduced to Southwest Russia and Northwestern China due to overhunting so it really wouldn't make much of a difference.

They are extremely similar at least physically since they aren't different subspecies or anything but there is a massive strenght difference between the two, while siberian tigers are capable of killing adult ussuri brown bears on a regular basis (which are slightly larger than grizzlies) at most, bengal tigers are strong enough to kill rhinos and elephants as i said before. Also, their usual preys, gaurs, are 2 to 3 times larger than both the moose and the bears that siberians feed on
