I think Bugs has this. He stalemated a calm Chuck Norris in base form, so Krueger should just be able to warp reality into his favor.

Though, Seol, Bugs could beat yours.

Godzilla stalemated Bruce Lee. while Thanos would've died to him if something didn't interrupt. Bugs beat down Godzilla easily.

Also, he stalemated Chuck, who erased Thanos.
 
I was planning on making a darkseid profile that would be equal to Seol's Thanos so I guess Bugs also beats Darkseid as well
 
Bugs is a bit too OP here. Daniel's only hope is using his true form.

Bugs is the ultimate toonforce. Daniel is scrood. Besides, he's never shown any hints of toonforce.

Bugs Bunny creates Paradoxes just by words. Also, Daniel needed a lot of help making The Paradox happen.
