There was some legit plagiarism to that Wiki here, including its mistakes like saying "Mid-Godly; like Tweety and Daffy, can instantly return after being erased" instead of indicating that he scales to them. I know it takes a lot of time but we must elaborate things with our own words.

• Resistance to Void Manipulation: May not be a real void, it likely has space, time and other stuff.
• Technological Manipulation: The first is a dead video, the second is the phone itself doing stuff, the third is fine.
• Clairvoyance: Cover of a comic.
• Water Manipulation: Same.
• Size Manipulation: Same for the first one, as for the second, if he was sealed inside that lamp then being released would logically give him back his real size.

Probability Manipulation was already there but guess it's Supernatural Luck -(it may not even be that)- it is not worse because of Bugs Bunny showcase numerous times.

While better, it's still no real void. By the end of that Bug was the animator in a place with space, time, etc., so he's doing some reality warping without putting himself in a void.
