The dealer wouldn't have much due to how mysterious the game is, i think the dealer would be 9-C with his shotgun, while having things like healing, statistics amp, some sort of immortality, resurrection of himself and the player (probably) and that's about it.

Well hey it’s a profile nonetheless.
From what i remember of watching someone play the game, resurrection is from a third party that isn’t playing the game. So it likely wouldn’t be viable in a vs situation

Buckshot Roulette does have some neat feats! notably- well the dealer can endure blows from the shotgun :3 they have some neat powerups and the like!
The dealer can cleanly slice off the barrel of the shotgun itself and break through handcuffs :3 which is higher into 9-C than you might expect!

The Dealer 10-A upgrade + minors abilities
This is a simple content revision thread where it proposes The Dealer's physical tiering be upgraded to 10-A due to breaking handcuffs which is at least this strong, and the player should be 10-A physically as well due to the latter being able to assumingly break handcuffs just like The Dealer...
