Danny likely wins
Danny's stronger, has resistance to her Ice Manipulation, Mind Manipulation, Soul Manipulation, Possession, and Power Nullification (Though I don't think ecto energy can be equalized with magic). Death Manipulation and One Hit Kill shouldn't really work because while in Ghost Form, Danny isn't much different than any other ghost considering he's nothing but pure ectoplasm now. His Regenerationn will allow him to recover from her standard attacks. Intangibility will allow him to bypass them as well or Body Control which Danny used to dodge attacks by splitting himself or opening holes in himself. Lastly he has duplication for the numbers game.
However the problem comes when Danny does destroy her body he can't do anything else. She isn't really a ghost / spirit / undead being so Danny's Thermos won't work and his Non-Physical Interaction only works on Intangible beings not Non-Corpreal beings. However it says she can't fight while in her Non-Corpreal state so Danny would win via Incapacitation if he destroyed her host body. Also he can freeze her host body solid and leave her like that.
