So, Broly doesn't resist Thanos haxs like his Perception Manipulation/Madness Manipulation, Petrification, Sealing, and Paralysis Inducement. Thanos also probably of similar or greater skill being comparable to skilled peeps like Thor. I'm unsure of the AP gap rn but unless it's heavily in Broly's favor, Thanos is probably gonna take this with his hax before Broly can take him out.

Broly's at least x50 the baseline (Since Base Goku was on-par with the Restrained SSJ Broly) so he can probably take Thanos out in one-shot.

Thanos is probably gonna go in for cqc and get cooked by Broly, but Broly is likely gonna toy with Thanos for a while before killing him, which could give Thanos enough time to get of his hax

So this probably comes down to whether Broly tries to kill Thanos right off the bat or not immediately. If he decides to just fire a big Ki blast at Thanos it's pretty much GG's but if Broly goes into CQC it leaves him vulnerable to Thanos hax's like his matter manip. I'm leaning towards incon or a Broly win here cause him just one-shoting Thanos feels more likely than him letting him live long enough to get one of his hax's off.

One of Broly’s main weaknesses is dragging out a fight to torture someone, which would def give Thanos a chance realize he’s physically outmatched and will try to hax him to death. I’m leaning towards Thanos for now

I don't think Broly is going to mess around with Thanos as much as some think but he is sadistic so that gives Thanos a reasonable chance to get his hax off.
